In Poland, they announced the need to "demilitarize" Kaliningrad

Former Deputy Minister of Defense of Poland Romuald Sheremetiev said that in the event that Finland and Sweden join NATO, the alliance needs to take care of the "demilitarization" of the Kaliningrad region of Russia. In addition, in his opinion, the city of Kaliningrad should be renamed, since it is now named after the “criminal” Mikhail Kalinin, who is allegedly responsible for the murders in Katyn.

“We must, however, ask Kaliningrad to stop naming itself after the criminal Kalinin, who is jointly and severally responsible for the Katyn murder. Secondly, this region must be demilitarized, because NATO cannot be sitting on a powder keg between its legs. This is probably understandable,” Mr. Sheremetiev said in an interview with the Do Rzeczy newspaper.

He did not explain what "demilitarization" would include. When asked about Russia's reaction to such actions, he replied that "there will be a howl as usual." “And they will (start) threatening with nuclear weapons, because the Russians will not scare you with anything else,” he said.
