The New York Times is conducting a series of investigations of crimes, committed by russian servicemen in Ukraine. In particular, In particular, this article covers the investigation of crimes, committed during the occupation of Bucha, and the participation of soldiers of the russia’s 64th separate motorized rifle brigade.
Along with representatives of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies and witnesses to the crimes, the DIU representative has given comments on the history and peculiarities of the creation of the 64th separate motorized rifle brigade, as well as the preconditions for degradation of the russian military personnel to the level of criminals.
